Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all US orders over $100.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Our fulfillment team works hard to ensure each shipment is packaged well. On the off chance your order is damage during delivery, please contact us at hello@matchsouth.com within 24 hours of receiving it so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that you must include photos of damaged packaging.
Discounts
Can I use more than one discount code?
Discounts, promotions, and offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
- Only one discount code can be applied per order.
- Automatic discounts (including BOGO or limited-time product offers) cannot be combined with percentage or dollar-off discount codes.
- If multiple promotions are active, the highest value eligible promotion will be applied at checkout.
- Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases and do not stack on already discounted items unless stated otherwise.
